Dubious policies, worst attitude. My claim of genuine claim was put on hold due to their mistake and their agents mistake.
Their surveyor approved claim so the workshop guys completed their work.And suddenly they are putting claim on hold after the car is ready for delivery. They are saying NCB declaration not correct in the declaration.
So
Why did they issue the policy?
Why they did not reject policy and refund my premium?
Why they approved the work and claim and now after work is done they are putting claim on hold.
After keeping my car in workshop for over a month, they have finally rejected the claim. As per ARAI stats, future generali has one of the lowest claim settlement history. I am filing a consumer complaint and working with a good insurance lawyer.
