I had a worst experience ever with this auto insurance company . I had met an accident in which my vehicle was some what badly damaged so we went to get our insurance claimed over their we come to know that we have to leave our vehicle in the service center then the guy will come and will take picture and inspect the vehicle and then the work we go on . So when I asked it took two days to get my vehicle inspected and get approved they are so slow . After that they do not have their office in major cities like they have only few offices in the whole India which is very discussting and when when you want to buy their insurance then they will come to your home . And when my vehicle was ready to delivered than I come to know that they have not have any tie with most of the automobile companies for cashless transition so for that first we have to pay the huge amount and then it will get processed and then only we will get the money transferred to the bank account . But when we have paid the amount the also it has took then whole three to four weeks to get my money transferred to my bank account and when you call their agent at that time they will always make excesses that you will get it 2 - 3 days from now and so on . This is horrible service I have ever experienced with insurance so far . I would not recommend this Future Generali Auto insurance to anyone please do not buy it you will only face problems with it .
