I am doing my MBA from one of the Mumbai universe Institute and so I have a habit of going through the management books. I go through lot of management books so I went through Future of work by Thomas w malone and I find it very good.
Lot of good practices related to management is a part of it. It helps us lot in understanding the management as an fresher or as an employee. There are very good habits which needs to be part of management and that can be taken from this book. I have almost read this book and learned lot of things from this management book. I feel, every manager or the ones who want a lessons on management studies should go through this book at least once. I am sure once he go through this book, he will change his attitude towards management skills.
