I worked in Future Retail in GIP Mall Noida as an HR Intern. Work culture and learning is pathetic at that place. Both HRs are very uncooperative and selfish. They do care about their work by others not by themself. Politics are between the employees. I do not recommended anyone to work their as an intern for more than 20 days if they got. Short time internship has learning. If you go their do less work and observe their work to learn more because they will not teach you. That office is denting the image of whole organization. They even promise stipend but at last refused to give and it’s not due to bad work but to save money. They cancel your stipends and give you appreciation letter for making you happy and don’t raising voice against them. So you are smart enough to judge.
