Daikin is a good brand, but it should select its so called authorized dealers wisely. This dealer named Mr. Dhaval is so lousy when it comes to claiming warranty and while providing service. I had bought two Daikin ac from his dealer on 5-jun-2013.
The flap in one of the ac was not working since 4th month of my purchase. I called many times on the customer care no of this dealer.
First call
Me: I have bought the ac. from you, and its flap is not working.
Dealer: will repair it next Monday.
No body turns up.
Second call
Me: u said ur staff will come to repair.
Dealer: That thing(Flap) is not in stock
Me: when will it come?Underline text
Dealer: A month.
After one month
Third call
Me:Now can you replace the new Flap?
Dealer: Still its not in Stock.
Me: When will it come?
Dealer: Don’t Know. Company is not supplying us.
Me: Ok
Fourth Call
Dealer cuts the phone.
Fifth Call
Dealer: Flap will come in next summer.
This way he managed to get the warrant expire. And When i called him after the warranty he says your warranty is over. . The guy from from his office calls thrice to get the service contract.. But they are least concerned about the warranty a customer wants to claim.
Mr Dhaval is a fraud dealer. Please dont make mistake of buying ac from him. There are many good dealers in Ahd. I repent that i bought two ac from him
