Like many others, I too got cheated by these Future Vacation company.
They called us for giving away some 15000 Rs gift vouchers which they told we won a lucky draw at some mall.
When we went there, they took us to a room and started explaining about some vacation packages. They got me fooled easily and convinced me to take vacation package worth 2, 45, 000 Rs valid for 30 years. I told that is too much, so they reduced it to 78, 000 Rs for 10 years which will be paid like - 18000 Rs Down payment via credit card 2500 Rs apprx, EMI for remaining amount. I paid 18000 Rs.
They told they will give username and password to their online portal by tonight. Which they didn’t. When I call, a girl picks up and says, I will confirm with my senior manager and call you back in 2 mins. But they never called me. When I saw reviews about this in Mouthshut and other sites, I came to know it is a fraud.
Currently raised a complaint against them in Akosha.com and reported the transaction as fraudulent in my HDFC bank. Hoping that they will resolve this issue.:-(
