-Update on 14-Sep-2012-
You know the proverb "Once bitten, twice shy". I should have listened to it. After my first bad experience, I tried another time and this time the product was delivered and the quality was ok. So I thought I would take a plunge another time. I ordered a non stick kadhai from their clearance section after what seemed like a good discount. They took longer than usual(10 days) to ship but at least the item arrived. I open the item and what do I find. The kadhai is bent( it is not round) and the handle look like they have been exposed to sunshine and fungus.
At this time, I am convinced that future bazaar is trying to get rid of defective and damaged items in the name of clearance sale. That, according to me, is pure cheating. Anyone who opened the box(it looked like it was opened) would have noticed that the item was damaged.
At this time I am trying to return the item and get it exchanged for a non defective items or get a refund. I have no idea what will happen but I will fight. we will see what happens.
My advice, never buy anything from this site. They will happily send you defective items and hope that you will not try to return it. As far as I am concerned, they are thieves and I would never buy anything from them again.
I have bought my share of stuff online and retailers like flipkart.com, myntra.com and infibeam.com and have been satisfied by the purchases.

I have read many a review on how futuze bazaar online takes orders and never delivers them due to "Out of stock". I found a good price on a MicroSD card and thought I will take a chance. It turned out to be bad decision.
First of all, their online ordering system and inventory system have no connection to each other. They will just take a bunch of orders for some product and then go and figure out if they have it or not. If they dont, tough luck. You will never get to know that the item is back ordered unless you call them and find out. In my case, as usual, the reply was "Product is out of stock sir". What a bunch of jokers! They call themselves the largest retail group in India.
Fortunately I did not user credit card and so did not lose any money. If any of you are wiling to take the risk of ordering from these guys, use COD or some other option. Do not pay upfront. I sometime wonder if this is just a scam to get some free short term money. We all know they are seriously in debt.
On the plus side, I did get through to customer service quickly to cancel my order.
