I had ordered 1 Transcend 8GB Micro card with order No.- 5013792068 on 26 Jan 2012.
Even after 1 month now, I’m yet to hear anything from futurebazaar’s side. The status shown is "In process" even after 1 month of order.
I have been regularly sending mails in this regard, but the only response I got was on 14 Feb 2012 stating that "they are in the process of transferring the product to the warehouse near to my location so that the product can be delivered at the earliest." How long does it take to transfer the product to the Warehouse nearest to my location(WHY NOT to the Customer’s address itself? or is it just another ploy to buy time?)
By this time(i.e. 1 month), I think one would be able to get anything get transferred ALL OVER INDIA almost TWICE or THRICE !
Later I also got an SMS that the item would be delivered by 18 Feb 2012.
But thereafter, everyday I am writing mails to them asking for the status, but they are NOT even responding. When I tried to call up, I was put ON HOLD to get to talk to CC Exec, It went on for full 25 minutes, and by the time I was first in line to get to talk, the call was disconnected from their side. This is another trick used by them to get the customer so frustrated that he will NEVER ever try to call them back, apart from shelling a HUGE sum to Telecom co.
After reading so many comments about futurebzr on this site, I can expect Mr Aditya Pathak to utter the same response once again that due to huge rush, this delay, or the product has been OUT OF STOCK & trying hard to get it delivered!
If u CANNOT fulfill customers’ expectations, why have u come up with ONLINE retailing in the first place?
Also, if the item is OUT OF Stock, then why do u take orders, when U know U cannot fulfill.
I have seen HUGE RUSH on other online retail sites as well, BUT they CLEAR OFF within a MAX of 7 days. & u take at least MIN of 1 month just even to start process, coz even now I don’t know as to when it will be shipped, GOD only knows about FINAL DELIVERY in ONE PIECE INTACT, if at all!
