I ordered a shoe stand on 28th April 2008 and today after 3 weeks I had to cancel my order
(order number: 1001006227) becasue of below standard and poor services of Future group. It was really frustrating experience of shopping from futurebazaar.com site. After booking my order, I called them after 1 week for tracking the status and I had been told that the delivery would be made by 12th May because item is currently not available in warehouse. Then I just gave a call to them before 12th May for knowing the status and I was shocked to know that status was same and I had been given new delivery date (Within 3 weeks of order booking). At this stage, I understood there services and thought of giving them one more chance.
I again called them today on 17th May (after almost 3 weeks of ordering the item) and I was given even a bigger shock this time. According to the Call center official, still item is not available in warehouse and the new delivery date is 5th June. I immediately cancelled my order.
Ultimately I can summarize that "Futurebazaar is the worst experience I ever had with any of the online shopping sites in India. "
