Read my previous posts as comments on Mithun’s review. I got laptop delivered in time frame and inspite of some confusion regarding credit card verification, rest was reasonable.After making payment my account would just show that credit card verification is being done.
So I called the service centre and I was told to e mail photocopy of credit card’s front and back to which I objected strongly , then I was told alternatively I could send copy of credit card statement (which I sent by email) Later on I got another call next day from another person saying my credit card verification has been done and now my order would be processed.He clarified that one has to send the front and back of the credit card scanned with CVV number darkened....... ????Anyways.
My grouse was where in the whole website have they mentioned that even after making payment from ur credit card which goes to master secure website, do we may be needed to do further verification. Is that not delaying tactics in the guise of ’added security’. After reading other reviews I nearly lost hope of anything getting from FB but eventually I got laptop, bag and pen drive , that too within 7 days by blue dart... So I guess, I would recommend FB......
