I order from this bullshit web site they mention 10 days to deliver, but after 7 days they update order status despatch to blue dart(y) courier. But i checked that courier site " no way bill number found" i mail to customer service & support team no use (very very poor response our mails) we send 10 email they reply one asking sorry for delay ? But no good reason to delayed ? Finally i called customer service number they told me " my order things won’t accept courier service provider cause that is glass items !!!!!!!!!!! So still v looking for another courier service ?if not will refund your money "!!! But they updated already despatched to courier ? Then i contact again to support team as usual no reply to 3 to 4 days , finally they send one mail despatched things was missing ???/ next 48 hours will refunded. But after 10 days later only your money at bank ?
In my opinion, now days plenty of good / prompt on-line web sites currently available in our country. So please don’t think to go to this useless web site https://futurebazaar.com one of the worst online web site in the world ...!!!! My concern they rotate our (customer) money, my order things rs.6000/- so if 100 customers(c above all reviews) money rs.600, 000/- so easily they keep in one month their account ! Interest rate calculate ? Easy money making, cheating customers. Please don’t think about this web site, still not yet bank-in my money. My order date (10-09-2012/5205200827)
Same item i order from http://www.geniemart.in they send to me within 7 days to deliver my place and then order one more item just 4 days delivered.
