I want to share my recent experience using futurebazaar.com. I placed on order for a pen drive on 31-Jan-2011 and I was expecting that it would be delivered in the next seven days. The website also promises that the products ordered will be at the doorstep within 7 business days. However, after two three days I got a call that the delivery of the product would be delayed due to shortage of stock. The guy also informed me though the price of the product has further reduced than what you’ve ordered you’ll still have to pay the original price. I said not a problem just get me my pen drive to which he assured me that it would be delivered to me within the next 7 working days.
After waiting for 7 working days I tried to contact the customer support through the website but I didn’t got any response from them but I got a LR No. to trace the courier which I was unable to do.
The product was finally delivered to me on February 23 after almost four weeks after placing the order.
I have been doing online shopping since a while but never had any such issues. It was the first time I used futurebazaar.com and it was not a very good experience. I will not recommend this website for online shopping to anyone due to their unreliable delivery network and customer support.
