Future bazaar's blunders

I ordered a 4 burner stove of Nirlep from futurebazaar.com for which I was promised to get 5 other items from Nirlep. After taking the order, they have no clue on where exactly is the product that is being delivered.  It took 4 weeks for the product to reach me and one of the products was not as promised by them.  On repeated complains they sent us the replacement and even that was a wrong one.  We now have an item which we don’t need in 2 numbers.


Though is not a very bad experience the actual problem created by them was in the payment.  I ordered using ICICI Credit card and told them clearly to make it EMI option. The guy who took the order confirmed the same, but didn’t select that option at all. After getting the CC statement, we tried calling them 10 times (literally) to change it to EMI and by the time they confirmed doing the same our last payment day had crossed and we had to pay the full amount at once.


Be very careful if you are placing order by phone.
