Futurebazaar sent wrong item twice

This is my worst online shopping experience. (Order No - 5040468845)

  1. I ordered " Garnier Skin Naturals Light SPF15 Moisturizing Cream " & you sent " Garnier Skin Naturals Essential Care Daily Moisturizing Cream"

  2. I returned the product & you have generated a new order for replacement.

  3. You have shipped the product & Today I have received the same wrong product that I received at first.

  4. Already I have wasted 50% of product cost in mobile bill to talk to your customer care(???).

Now, I do not want to make any more call to your careless customer care. I will write my experience mouthshut so that other peoples do not face such problem.
