I ordered a kenneth cole women watch from futurebazaar , order no 5040590261 on 27 jan 2012. They said it will be delivered by 31st Jan but seeing no signs of shipping and after reading reviews on mouthshut.com I decided to cancel the order. So I cancelled it on 30th Jan but till now I haven’t received any refund from there side, customer care is even worse, they just transfer call to other dept and kept me waiting for like half hr and no response even then.
I think this site should be shut down if they don’t know how to serve the customers.now I am going to wait for 2-3 days and if still no refined I will lodge a complaint against them on CORE.NIC.IN (consumer online resource and empowerment).
SO I ADVISE U TO NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM FUTUREBAZAAR.
