I saw the deal on FB on Samsung Galaxy 3 and since it was cheaper by 200 from local market I went ahead and put the order for the same. I was really surprised to see that my order did not mention the free Belkin charger. when I called up the CC I was told that there are 2 products with the same name , same price and what I had selected did not have the free charged and I need to search for the same and place hte order again !!! that means the site is deliberately designed to mislead the customer as the home page very clearly mentions that the client gets a free charger with Samsung mobiles.
I went ahead and asked the agent to cancel the order and I was told the order has been cancelled
next day I checked again and was told that the order has not been cancelled. so I told the agent to cancel it again and was told that it was done
next day when I checked again I saw the status as "in progress" so this time I sent the mail requesting an update on the status and was told that order is still not cancelled.
I am really shocked that despite making 2 STD calls the order is still not cancelled and sent another mail (for written record , just in case I need it) and then only I was told that the order has been cancelled and procedure for the refund started.

now to the other order
as per the instruction from the CC executive I wnet and booked another order which had a free belkin universal charger the very same day (15-nov) and till now (22-nov) I am still awaiting. when I check the status on website it shows it would be delivered by BlueDart , when I called up Bluedart they told me that they dont have the AWB and need to check with FB.
Finally I realized the AWB is of Aramex and not Bluedart (which how it shows in the website ). and when I called up Aramex I was told that the delivery would be made on 19th and it is out of delivery but am still waiting for the same. Despite the fact that the Aramex office is just 1.5 km from my house it is showing "OUT OF DELIVERY AREA". when I tried calling them up and tell them I will come and pick-it-up I was bluntly told not to do that and the call disconnected abruptly.
When I tried called FB I was very diligently told that it would get delivered in 7WD and how it is calculated and logistical issues regarding the same but concrete answer on when I will get the order
I am sure it is not FB which is at fault in the second case but the FB is responsible for its partners and 7WD guarantee does not mean the product would be delivered on the 7th working day !
I seriously recommend every one to not go for lure of saving of 200-300 and buy locally and or some other site like Flipkart / Indiaplaza who have a better delivery guarantees.
