The number of online shopping sites have increased exponentially over the last year. But finding good reliable sites is a tedious task as only a handful of the sites are really trustworthy and dependable. I have shopped at scores of such sites and I would keep on posting reviews about them on this forum.
Talking about Futurebazaar, I would recommend it to anyone based on my personal experience.
Here’s my experience with Futurebazaar.
My earlier review :
I placed an order of cookware items on 10th Sep, 2011. The items were shipped on the next day and I received them on 14th. I was impressed with the quick delivery. But as soon as I opened the packet I found that handle of one of the items was totally broken. It was plain negligence on their part that they shipped a broken item. It could not have broken during transit as the packing was quite good. I called their customer care number and lodged the complaint. I was assured that a pick up of the broken item will be arranged within a week and it will be replaced. 10 days passed nothing happened. I again called them on 24th. I was assured that the pickup will happen on 26th. Nothing happened. I called today on 27th and was shocked when the customer care lady told me that I would be intimated on 30th about when the pickup would happen. They will not pick up on 30th but just tell me the date of pickup.
Experiences like these can simply put off a new online buyer.

There was quick followup by FutureBazaar team after posting of this review and the item was replaced. I am satisfied now, would surely buy again from them.
