The update of the previous review (updated on 20th Feb. 2008):Futurebazaar has finally refunded the money. I found that they are slow in processing things but understanding that they got a huge response against their offer, I can pardon their mistakes. Wish they improve their service in near future so that customers have better service, especially during the offer periods.
Recently futurebazaar came up with a Sab Se Sasta (between 25-27th Jan.2008) offer which includes free shipping. Well I placed orders for few items. However, after days I started noticing that one particular item has not been shipped, so wrote them back. I was told that the item is expected to be shipped by 7th Feb. 2008 as because of some reasons. Well, on 11th Feb, 2008 I received an email stating that the item has been shipped but when I checked in the order status I found that the item is "out of stock". So called to their customer support (which is anyway horrible), after spending some 10 minutes on conversation I could only make out that my payment be refunded to my Credit Card by 11th Feb, itself, which however has not happened yet.
Further checking on their site I found the item is actually not marked as "out of stock". Now, my conclusion is either these guys are cheat or horribly inefficient.
