Worst online shopping website ever came across

I placed two orders from them. I selected this website as they were offering good discounts and shipping and delivery information was also mentioned specifically...however I did not know that things will turn quite different in reality.


First order. I placed the order on 9th Sep and I called customer care to ensure that my  order will be delivered by 14th Sep. I am still waiting for my items to be shipped to me. As per website the order was shipped on 11th Sep. Then what exactly is delaying my order to be shipped. I placed another order. I had to gift it to someone in my family. They did not even ship this also. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order. But really, is it what you call customer service and fulfilment. Sorry this is the worst experience that I ever have shopping online. I will never suggest your website to anybody.


Please do something about my first order and get it delivered. I called your cust care deptt today and spoke with guy named Sajid. I gave him my contact number and specifically asked him to escalate and update my contact number to the courier people also.


Do something about my first order as second order I already have cancelled. If you cannot do anything, please accept and cancel the order.


One more thing I am still waiting for the refund of my second order .
