Poor service of future bazaar

I booked an order of samsung laptop and the amount is debited from my account but till now even after the conversation with executive of the future bazaar who told me that product will reach u surely on monday i.e 22/8/2011, even they has given the AWB No. to track the order is also wrong, I don’t know why, even when I contact the Blue Dart they also confirmed that AWB No. given by the future bazaar to me is wrong, I don’t know why these things happened and why these peoples are giving wrong information to customer, and try to make problems to the customer, if this is the way of working of Future Bazaar then iI am sorry to say, and advice peoples not to buy any product from this future bazaar, as these are not trustworthy.
