Cheater site and cheater customer care support

This is one big liar website.


my order ID 5036129617 which is done on Jan 25th Jan 2012.


Till now they did not deliver my item. The reason they gave is that my address was incorrect. I had done number of transaction with other website with same address without any problem. but these people gave wrong reason for not dispatching the item.


Totally waste of time. The customtakeouter care will respond only one time for your order number.


Afterwords they don’t know who you are.and they don’t bother to respond you also.


there are better websites which deliver in time and have good customer care service.


go to ebay.in, yebhi.com, flipkart but


Never deal with futurebazaar.com. just Do NOT.!

I got the response for my above post at MouthShut_Official.com by a customtakeouter care executive Mr Aditya pathak as you can read it he promised me he would relove the issue but yesterday I received 2 mails form their customtakeouter care 1 st mail said I would receive my item within 48 hours. The 2nd mail which I received in the evening said, they would not be delivering my item since the address is incorrect.


I don’t know for what purpose this fellow who commented on my review( a futurebazaar executive) doing here.


Boss if you are reading this just see the mail sent by ur customer care fellow and check what you had promised.

With reference to your order number 5036129617.I understand you want to know the status of the same.


I have checked the details and found the products have already been dispatched from our warehouse via Quantium Shipment Tracker airway bill number FB0037805 on 1st February, 2012.


As per tracing the above said airway bill number on logistic partner site, I found the shipment has been returned to our warehouse as the same was incomplete address at your end. Hence I confirm the said order will be cancelled and regret that the replacement will not be placed as the ordered product is currently not available.

Our Courier Partners have made attempts to deliver the product at your Shipping Address, but were unable to do so as the address provided was Incorrect / Incomplete and hence the product has been returned to our warehouse.
