I bought a microware oven on the site. Almost a month is over and I did not get it. After 10 days of sending many mails they replied that the product is not in warehouse and we are cancelling the order. Then again they called and replied that previous information was wrond and product is available in warehouse and the order got cancelled due to rare system error.
They told that they are creating a new order and sending the product after that. But again after waiting so much time they are only giving the reply that the product will be shipped latest by this date.
Also they show the discount on fake MRP which really does not exist.
This is still going on and on. These kind of experiences will only dim the chances of online shopping in india which has yet to take off.
The real test comes when the high value product is ordered and thats where this site fails.
