Product not delivered yet

Recently I purchased a product from Futurebazaar.com [Order No 5064080141]. They were suppose to deliver this product by 08/09/12, now its 09/09/12 & they haven’t even shipped the product yet. They don’t even bother to provide any update about the delay. Sent an email to them asking for the update & no reply. When contacted their customer support, they couldn’t provide any satisfactory answer.


I have shopped online with many other online vendors in past but haven’t got such a poor service ever.


Really disappointing. Would think twice before placing any orders in future & would refrain from recommending this to anybody.


They don’t even deserve a single star. 0/10 :(

Dear @Nadzz99,I am sorry to mention that the dispatches of the products have been effected due to our warehouse maintenance process. However the maintenance process is completed and your ordered product is expected to be dispatch within the next 48 hours.
