I placed 3 orders with these guys,
1> 5065186925 on 11-Sep-2012 still waiting for delivery.
2> 5064853865 on 8-sep-2012 still waiting for delivery.
3> 5057491840 on 6-sep-2012 and they **took 16 days to deliver it**(delivered on 22-sep-2012).
Regarding order number 5065186925, **after 10 days of placing the order** I got a call from their executive saying one of the items from my order(**DIYA Printed Women’s Kurta in Pink - M**) was not available so they wont be able to ship it.
I said OK, and they removed it from my order.
But now they **showed their real color** apart from the item that was removed from order due to unavailability there were four more items which I bought using their Clearance sale coupon FB500 and got Rs 250 discount.
*Now they have removed that discount from my order and refunded me only 439(311 as refund to my credit card(yet to get it back) and 128 RS to my payback card).*
The price for the Kurta was 639 and their was not discount applicable on it.
I paid them total 973(845 using my credit card and and 128 using payback card)
out of this Rs 973, Rs 639 was for the item(**DIYA Printed Women’s Kurta in Pink - M**) which they were not having in stock and there was no discount at the time of placing order.
And rest of Rs 334 for rest of the four discounted items bought using coupon FB500.
They must refund me 639, but they seem to have pocketed 200 and only refunded Rs 439.
Yesterday I called them and requested them to cancel the whole order and they said that they cant assure me about cancellation.
*I have decided not to order any more from these guys in future and wont recommend it to anybody.*
