Reference: Order nos. 5040509034, 5040513097 & 5040607376
I had placed 3 above mentioned orders on dated 25.01.12 & 27.01.12 but now its 12th day and I have not received any of my orders and I dont know why its taking too much time while I had ordered those products which I could have bought from any small shop instantly.
I got a mail from from them informing that my orders vide order no. 5040509034 & 5040513097 have been dispatched on 31st jan through Quantium Courier but I have not received any of them yet. I don’t know what type of courier company is that who can not dispatch a parcel from Mumbai - Delhi in 6 days while it only takes 2 days and when I checked in their website, there is no update regarding my parcel after 2nd of Jan. I am really getting frustrated now because of this.
As far as order no. 5040607376 is concern, its still in process.
I feel sorry to say that I made a mistake to buy from this site which I will never do it again in my life even if they give me for free and I will make sure that all of my friends & relatives stay away from this site.
