Shockingly Bad Servive

I made a serious mistake by placing an order on FutureBazaar for an Air Conditioner about a month back. Not surprisingly inspite of promptly making the payment, the product hasnt been shipped.  The customer service is stoic and will keep on adding to the time telling stories.


If u want to cancel the order the site says FutureBazaar reserves the right to cancel or not cancel the order and that it will deduct 5% of the amount.


If there is a late delivery, the site says they will try their best to make the delivery on time, but in effect delay is an absolute possibility and they cant do anything about it.


I was insane to place my order on this site. Made one of the biggest mistake of my life. Everyone please be aware of the site and its dubious terms and conditions that do nothing to protect the customer’s rights.


Unlike EBay that has concrete user right protections, this site is shady and really a scary deal. I should have gone by what people say about the quality of products in Big Bazaar and their online store is no better.
