Futurebazaar is a group of cheats. never honoring their deals. sending wrong products. doing false promises. and keeping you in black. never ever buy from such cheats. their management should go and learn some lessons of ethics and morals before opening an business. shame on you futurebazaar
I would strongly oppose anyone buying from futurebazaar.com or ezoneonline.in
try Yebhi.com or ebay.in or letsbuy.com or flipkart.com but never ever buy from these cheats who only know who to cheat people. they cheated me. you could be the next. their half inventory is fake while they have no system in place for sending the right products while they have no set of ethics and morals.
biggest cheat is a manager named Goldy the arrogant at futurebazaar who said "do whatever you can"

Edit: this is what happened and no the issue is not resolved
I purchased three playstation 3 console 120 gb from ezoneonline.In ( part of futurebazaar) on 29th December 2011. their order numbers are

5040048840
all three orders showed shipped on 30th december on their website. but in reality the order 5040048840 was shipped on 30th december while other two were not shipped at all. I got the product in 4 days and I was in for a big surprise. I had got a play station portable rather then playstation 3.
I complained about this to futurebazaar and their customer care executive promised me that my product would be changed as soon as possible. while I was calling them daily for other two orders. after 8 days of me complaining daily they finally shipped my other two products on 5th of january while I sent the psp back to them. on 8th january I got those two products and I was in for another surprise. I had got two playstation portables once again. I complained and sent them back.
after daily calling them 7-8 times the junior customer care executives finally transferred my call to mr. Aditya.
I had about 1 haur conversation with mr. Aditya who firstly said that the product’s information was wrong or price was wrong. we dont have the product available on our website etc etc
in response to that I said they have playstation 3 320 gb console available on their website and its their ethical, moral and legal dute to send me those if they dont have other model available as the fault is on their part not mine and I had invested my money and time. when I said I would have to go to consumer forum he said it would not be possible to send 3 ps3’s so I said ok send me 2 playstaion 3 320 gb consoles. he said it would be possible for them to send only 1 play station 3 320 gb console. I agreed and said ok send me one. so mr. Aditya promised me 1 play station 3 320 gb console. and said he will call me in evening
after that I didnt heard from him for one whole week while I was calling daily 6-7 times and whenever I called they said aditya is not available or made any excuse while aditya was not picking my call on the number he sat and if he picked it he showed as if he cant listen to me
on 17th jan 2012 he finally picked my call and said he has talked to senior management and they are not ready to send the product.
I said can I talk to senior mangement so he said ok I will call you whenever a senior management employee is available.
after that he again started avaiding me while I called daily 5 times. finaly today he made a person goldie available to me who said he will not honor my deal and I am free to do whatever I like.
now if they dont had to keep their words then why DID they DID false promises.
Aditya had also promised 3 1000 rs Gift vouchers to compensate me for my 3 orders that he never sent. at least they should sent those
