Fortunate for me, I hadn’t read the reviews on mouthshut before trying out this store. I only bought once at this store - a Nokia Bluetooth headset BH501(my new gadget, he he). I am regular shopper at indiatimes, fabmall and rediff so I write this in relation to those other sites.
So on with the review:
The site is clean unlike indiatimes which is filled with flashes all around the place making it difficult to focus.
The product catalog is not exhastive but I guess they have just started off, so as long as they do not post stuff they do not have that is good.
The search is excellent. I hate the search on fabmall where you have to specify the sub-store(is that what they call that poplist?). Anyway I get what I want in the results, simple and quick.
Product Details are good enough, not too exhastive to the point of making them irrelevant.
Price for this item was less than what I could find at brick and mortar stores and other online shopping sites.
Payment options are aplenty, nothing great here. Other sites offer an equally good number of options.
Product delivery and promptness were excellent. I got the product within 7 days as promised so I am a happy customer. The product was also new and in good condition(if you ask isn’t that the least you expect, my answer is "Try Rediff").
Overall a good site. They have scope to improve though, need to increase their catalog. I have sent out a note to their customer service on this. Let me see how they respond to it.
