Futurebazaar(https://futurebazaar.com) has an amazing website but pathetic customer service. I ordered for a book on 11-Jul and I havent heard back from them even after 15 days. They wont respond to your emails too. This is inspite of me sending out emails following up on the progress of the processing.
BigBazaar is known for its cheap stuff and pathetic customer service and they have just put these 2 traits online in the form of futurebazaar. Nothing else has changed.
I rather had a very good experience shopping with rediff and indiatimes when compared to these guys. I do hope that Kishore Biyani would seriously look into this stuff. After looking at this forum, I came to a conclusion that it is not just me who is having the problem. Building a huge retail empire with so many dissatisfied customer would seriously impact the bottomline as well as topline.
