Old stock being sold by Future Bazaar! Avoid FB

I purchansed a soft leather hand bag from Futue Bazaar. Its condition is ok when I took delivery of it. I took it out from its pack after a month to use it for an outing(a special occassion, hence kept the hand bag new till that date). I kept few things in the bag and hanged it to my shoulder to see how it looked on me. Leather started tearing apart at some palces, and the material inside started showing up. I immediately checked rest of the hand bag. Leather started comming out where ever I touched it. Obviously old stock was sold to me.


I called Customer care and explained my case to them. They said that goods have to be returned within 15 days of purchase. Else they will not entertain any exchanges. I told them that I have used it only after 1 month from purchase. I asked them to atleast see the product and decide for themseleves if it should be changed, as they have obviously sold old stock. They said they will get back to me. But they never got back. I called again after a week. They bluntly told they cant do anything about it.


Avoid Future Bazaar. They are cheats selling old stock. Dont get lured by their discounts.
