I loved the site.......
Ordered few VCD’s and got it in a weeks time !
In between contacted the customer support for knowing the current status of the order but their response were very slow... my last query got answered even after me getting the delivery ! .
Apart from it, the site is very good. has lot of invetory and has easy interface for any type of users.
Currently they do have some mid week offers which I found is really good... but nor sure about the quality of the products offered in these offers...
The other constraint which I felt was, they were very late in updatign their movie section, I didnt find most of the new Hindi or local language movies available in the site where the same is available in other online shops.... a self confessed movie buff like me has serious problem with that :)
Other ways... good job.... good site.... I highly recommend people to do business with
