This was the first time I ordered from Futurebazaar. I tried out a 16 GB sandisk pen drive when they announced a particular deal few days ago (Rs.150 off on any item or something of that sort). I found this deal to be best after applying the discounts when I compared the price in many other well known online shopping sites and that prompted me to try this out.
I received an SMS about the dispatch details and the delivery took longer than expected. So mailed the CC, however I got the product the very next day. It was well packed and upto my expectation. I got a reply from the CC next day indicating that they have verified the order was dispatched and delivered.I was even asked for a feed back via email.
I am happy with my first experience with them I hope I will have similar experience in the future too.
