Had to get my account closed for compliance issues, it’s been more than a month since I requested and there is no confirmation, the support desk every time says it will take 24 to 48 hours, they don’t reply to email requests. Though I informed them multiple times that the confirmation can impact my job, there was no seriousness from them. Support desk is very rude and just want to hang up saying "thank you for your patience/understanding".
