Hello all today I am sharing my personal experience about fynd online shopping app fynd online shoping app is wrost app I recently brought 2 T shirts from fynd online shopping app actually they delivered me that product in 15 days and the promise date of the delivery 7 days a very unsatisfied with the delivery let’s talk about the quality of T shirt I brought 499 rupees per t-shirt and delivery charge also extra but I received S size t-shirt actually I ordered M size t-shirt when I received a package both t-shirt size is s size I call the customer care for complaint they told me we will taken your request for return we will touch you soon after 5 days Nobody’s came for pick up that product I call the customer care executive again and they told me will touch you in 2 days for pickup your order after 2 days also happened same Nobody’s came for pickup I am very sad with the customer care they are not responsible I’m very unsatisfied with fynd online shopping app.
