I ordered 2x of the same product and they cancelled one due to item being unavailable but the app still showed it is available for more orders! The customer care guy said we cant do anything about it and we check availability at stores after youve placed your order. Meaning, your order may get cancelled even if it was in stock on the app! All you can do is order and pray that it gets through. So I sent an email and the reply was like my issue has been resolved in the previous email. But, I didnt get any resolution email before that. Customer care never picks up any calls or disconnects right away.
The coustmer service is seriously very very poor and their terms of using coupons and refferal fynd cash is very bad. See if u receive any defect item or other than what u bought and if u return the product u will not get refund of your used coupon or fynd cash what used to your order means if they are faulty they should return the both like the other e-commerce do, but they do not and belive me the coustmer care is not helpful, very poor in some cases even they dont know how to help you in any matter. They only take time and never resolve your problem.
Also, the products that I recieved had their tags separately in the package. The tag was detached from the product and the sticker on the box was also partly removed to hide some info. Something is seriously wrong here. Seriously Dont Download this app.
