Summary of my purchase from Gaadi.com
- Though they delivered my car on time I will give them zero on customer satisfaction.
The whole story -
I bought my car(i10 Era) on 2nd November.
My insurance papers had spelling mistake in my name.I had to give them back to the gaadi.com agent for correction.
I was not given any invoice for the payment I made and was told that I will receive the same in 2-3 days
After I received my car the gaadi.com agent asked me "Sir munh to meetha karaiye nayi gaaid ka" .Oh come on, I am not claiming my lost car from a police station.
I made a call to the sales guy asking about papers and he assured me that I will get all the documents by Thursday 5th.
5th Nov
No call from the sales guy. I made him a call asking about the details and his reply was - "Sir you will receive your papers by the end of day today"
He didnt pick up my call in evening. Later a got a message from him that he will check the same next day and send me the papers.
The same process continued for 3-4 days(every morining a call from my side and the same reply from his side) and by now I had no trust in whatever promise the sales guy made to me.
Next week
Still not even a single document
I made a call to the customer care number. Reply was - "Sir I will look into the details and call you back in 10 minutes" . No call back
Next day I called him back again and asked him the status. After a series of call on the day THANK GOD - I received my papers later that day(Nearly 15 days after I purchased my car)
Now my temporary number was about to expire on 1st DEC
28th Nov-
No proactive call from their side notifying me of the details(The whole system is either too busy or too lazy)
I made a call to Vijay(Sales guy) and his reply was "SIr sab ho gaya hai 1st se pehle aapke pass sab kuch pahoonch jaayega"
I had no trust in what he said but still had no choice
1st Dec tried calling him mearly 10 times - No reply or busy
Later I called the customer care guy and he assured me that he will make sure my permanent number reach me by saturday 5th Dec
5th Dec
7th Dec
- Called again and this time the reply was "Sir I was on leave that day" we will definitely give you everything by Thursday 10th
10th Dec
- No reply and no call from their side
11th Dec(Today)
-Made a call to the customer care guy and his reply was "Sir I do not know the details(Process about how the permanent number is issued and what is the problem with your case) and am not involved in the matter"
I hope you can now understand the manner in which Gaadi.com is functioning and level of customer satisfaction delivered.
