Hi All, As per gaana.com promise, 4 days back I paid for 1+1 year subscription, I am unable to contact them which I am facing the problem.
While I want to download songs, it always asks to pay for subscription, I logout and login again and again and again, but no way.
I switched off phone several times and I restarted my system many times, but no use, again it is asking for the payment, while I contacted them through their website, there is no response. How to solve this problem and how to contact them.
They collected money and not even reply for my emails. They don’t feel responsible though they collected money from their customers. Require some body help to solve this problem. This is my purchase ID: Order ID - GA801334. Thanks.
