Gadget cops are fraud. They just make money in the name of mobile insurance but when it comes to customer service they just stay idle and don’t take any reaction. My mobile is under on-site insurance cover. It is damaged, i want to get it repaired but they are not solving the problem.
They are just ruining my time and giving me numbers so someone else to call everytime and everytime they assure me that they’ll be resolving the issue soon but its now more than 15 days and I am totally fed up with the service and I regret spending my money on them. I suggest you don’t go for your mobile insurance from them unless you want to waste your money.
