I try to make a purchase for OBI Worldphone on December 9 and the transaction failed after debiting amount from my bank. After logging the complaint with Gadgets360 they informed that they have got the amount. For transaction confirmation, they took almost two weeks so I asked gadgets360 to refund my amount.
After that I keep on calling them every week. some dumb will pick the call and apologies and tell me that the refund will be done in 4 to 15 days. as though it is recorded . If I ask them to escalate to the supervisor . then also they will say the supervisor will have the same thing to say to you. For a refund initiation they took almost 3 months and today feb 22 nd they confirmed that the refund initiated on feb 16th and will reflect in your account in 4 - 15 days. I am still waiting for that to happen.
Please dont opt for gadgets 360 they serve you poor. they will not listen to you.
