I never write any review on any of the websites however, I just want to make people aware about Gadget360. 2 months ago I bought a refurbished iphone 6 plus from gadget 360 and when the phone arrived, the display was faulty so within 1 hour of receiving the item, we called the gadget360 people and reported about faulty display of the phone. After few days, their courier person came to pick up the product and the product got delivered back to seller however, gadget 360 people did not provide us confirmation that the product has been received to seller as at that moment we did not have tracking number.
Later on, after 1 week of product delivery, gadget360 people tell us that the seller has received product in damaged condition and asked us to provide the proof that we handed over the product to courier company in perfect condition. We sent them the proof for the same as received from courier company and even after that gadget360 people kept harassing us and did not issue refund that if the product was damaged during courier, customer is responsible for the same. We have decided to move to consumer court regarding the issue and we will resolve the matter there only.
SO BEWARE OF GADGET 360.
