3 month ago my friend bring a new Activa Honda 125 from Gagan wings honda . My friend dont know the process means ( Payment, documents, etc) thats why their employee waited for them 3 hours without any reason.
And last week we visited gagan honda for first free servicing. But we are very disappointed because they called us your bike will return in 2 days.
Without our bike we cant live 3 hours and they said 2 days . Costumers satisfaction is more important in business but they forget their duties.
Thats why I decided after this we cant buy any bike in Gagan Honda showroom
