I had been there in Galaxesolutions , there is no proper management and no Salary Benefits...but they always trapping to you....one example I had resigned and I got a call from manager regarding resignation ....discussion started and every think he has accepted my wants after that when I taken back my resignation ..they didn’t fulfill my needs more always giving too much pressure to me and finally concluded I am not that much forth-full person......like this they treated the people inside......
Here is the interesting person "Delivery manager------Absolutely **", she is one to take decission upon the managers and developers......
What ever she has taken decision who ever under her they need to obey the instructions....that’s it.
we do have managers and technical manager’s , but name shake they are managers......once they are all in her cabin just like they are "little Pets" useless managers.
One more interesting character , he was in USA green card holder and here Senior Technical manager ..always looking free software to run live Projects.....he always gives suggestion to developers to search in google to get new software and do live projects.....it means no money investing , but looking profits.......this character also useless....
No career growth.....No Job Security......Not a good work environment............
Plz plz plz plz don’t join.......with all this experience in galaxy....even thought I can also start company and I can also survive like how galaxy management doing......
So plz think 1000000000000000 times to join in galaxy
