At least I can say with courage that people work here as a team and not against each other, as I found in most of my earlier organizations :- ).The management also keeps an active involvement in looking out for employees grievances and their redressal.
In fact my manager has always encouraged me to go for any technical training that I needed to improve my skills. And last but not the least I feel that they pay reasonably well. Overall I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks me for advice. In today’s world being competitive is a big challenge and I can see that this company is meeting this challenge while also caring for its employees.
