I really feel surprised after reading the negative review of the company by Apolson. I also worked for this company for more than 4 years till 2009 when I left this company for the lure of one of the ’ Big 4’ companies.
And tell you what- I feel in my present company, people are not even treated like animals, in fact they are treated like objects L. Apolson I agree that sometimes we had to work overnight there (that happens in my present company also) but if Icorrectly remember I always got a comp off. It is surprising how u did not get comp off- perhaps you really had some bad managerL, u know u will find such people everywhere in the world but u should not typecast the company based on this individual experience. My thought is that you should have escalated this matter to the HR. If you were there in this company during the time of recession you will certainly remember that this was one of the rare companies that did not throw any of its employees during that period but stood by them.
In fact now that I come to know from my former colleagues that this company is growing rapidly, I really feel as if I had missed the bus, in fact I am contemplating re-joining this company. Do u know how many new aspirants may lose the opportunity of earning good money after reading your review J In fact I really believe that the company is not so bad after all.
