Based on the novel .’A song og Ice and fire’ .The story begins when the King of 7 kingdom dies. He doesn’t have a heir! Then the greed begins. Everyone prince in those 7 kingdom desire to take hold of the throne. Everyone claims the throne as their right! They march towards the capital. 5 seasons have been passed and yet they haven’t reached the capital.
A dynasty loses its family, the other king kills his own family whereas some poison the king of the other kingdom and at another instance the king is a small boy. With only 10 episodes per season and 5 seasons till date, this series is absolute master class. U get to see enough of war politics, war tactics, incest, nudity, intelligence, leadership, dedication, action, true love, emotions, misery, tragedy, superpowers, brutal murders in the journey of 5 seasons. Everything for one throne!
Season 1 is a bit slow and one major twist at the end of ninth episode of every season. A character dies at the end of each episode. The war scenes are just awesome. Ecery cast have contributed their best. Once you’re comfortable with the characters . U try to enact them n ur eyes are always glued to the screen. The OST gives u goosebumps.
For those beginners I recommend not to miss the title track as it gives idea about the various dynasties.
Valar morghulis, valar daeherys, Winter is coming, the dorne, Jon snow . U know nothing, the imph, etc. Makes sense when u watch the series. . Happy watching.
