From the Lombardian way of thinking...

I have always been an advocate of ***Lombardian theory***. This was set up by the late, great **Vince Lombardi**, coach of the Green Bay Packers American Football team, back in the 1960s. Through a series of speeches he taught us so much about how to win games.

His thoughts were that sports had been made so that people can succeed in them; so it’d be good if the English media(parasites) actually praised English teams’ success for once, instead of focussing on how they can be better:

Here are some of his ***pearls of wisdom***:

’Winning isn’t everything. Its the only thing!’

’When I see a good loser, I see a loser’

’If you aren’t fired with enthusiasm, you’ll be fired with enthusiasm.’

’It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.’

’Once you learn to quit, it becomes a habit.’

This is how sportsmen and people in life should think. Winning isn’t important, think again!
