Ganga Ghat is one of the holy places in Nashik where people come here to put the remains of the bodies i.e asthi of the dead person and also they perform last rituals and prayers over here. This place can be very crowded at times during night this place look very stunning. This place is also known for its famous Kumbh Mela. Ganga Ghat is surrounded by Many small temples and food stalls are also available nearby. People come here for holy dip in river. At times the water is really very dirty. The tourist attraction around these places is Shirdi temple you can visit this also. There are many hotels and Accommodation available near this place. Public transportation availability is very good as this is a tourist attraction. Parking could be a mess over here as it is very difficult to find a parking space. Overall a very peaceful and nice place with lovely environment and greenery everywhere it is a must visit if you happen to be in Nashik. This is a very safe place and I highly recommend this place to others.
