This is my experience regarding the Route and Hotel I would like to share with you all, More all less Ganapatipule is a small village, serene, sedate and unspoiled. The beach here is still as natural and pristine as ever. And traveling by roads is an experience by itself. The best places near to it - Malgund, jaigad fortregarding Route...it is most beatiful route I ever seen...
If you plan to travel [ from pune...No idea from Mumbai]....Enjoy driving..The best route is.. Pune - Satara - Umbraj(before Karad) [NH4]from Umbraj take right to Patan - Koyananagar - kumbharli ghat - phopali - Chiplun [Bypass from NH4 to NH17]-[NH17 towards Goa]chiplun - Sangameshwar - 5 KM before Hathkhamba(one can see mile stone) [Nivali phata]right turn to Ganpatipule 32 KMRegarding the Hotel stay ...here is my experience of Hotel Land Mark..as It is shown on Nivalink..as well preferd by Girikand tours....
1) You are paying Rs.1250/- for double accomodation and you do not even get a television remote in your room. even though you are paying for Non AC delux luxury, but atleast you look forward to have a clean room.
2) TVs dont Work.
3) rooms are not well furnished...as evry thing made up of Ciment Concreate...No wooden beds..No tables...No good chears.
4) The bathroom is bad and toilet seat and wash basin stained brown.
5) Cost of food is as high as like 5 star accomodation....and quality is very poor ...the food quantity is also not sufficient for single.
