The movie was a little funny at times, but most of all it was too loud, not at all funny, and badly made. Paresh Rawal is such an excellent actor, and he did not have as much of a role to play. The direction just did not seem funny when they tried to make it so. The only thing good was the cast and the photography. Akshay Kumar has done a great job, but the movie did not do him justice.
Seems like the’Ghai bug’ has caught the director. Subhash Ghai had many hits, and then went downhill from there. He came out with crappy films that distributors signed up for due to the’Ghai’ name, and he made a lot of money. Priyadarshan’s movies are getting louder and less funnier
