Location: Garden Court is located at Chandni chowk - NDA Road, with a fantastic view overlooking the valley. You can look over Pune City with the right place in Garden Court. It is a quite and peaceful location - ideal for a candlelight dinner !
Food: Food at Garden court is above average. Food used to be great until I came across a spider in my corn soup ! (although it was not billed for)
Food goes cold if you tend to eat for long times.
Ambience is fantastic, largely because of the location. Music is non-existent, which is great and would have destroyed the beauty of a quite evening.
Serving time is average, which is ok considering that you’d want to spend more time at the location. However, I’d not recommend going here on a special occassion because the waiting time becomes unduly high and irritating.
If you make the reservations, you’d be better off. If you land up at the restaurant without one, make sure you insist and follow up with the concierge to land up a table. Handling of the table reservations is poor.
On a typical day, a wait of around 10 minutes is the norm. On special occassions, it may be 30 mins.
